Sullivan County Health Department will be holding a blood sugar and blood pressure clinic from 8:30AM to 9:00AM at the health department office in Milan.

 

Blees Still Hildreth Museum in Macon will be holding a holiday open house “A Step Back in Time Christmas” from 5:00PM to 8:00PM with a candlelight tour, refreshments, and entertainment.

 

Rural Advocates of Independent Living (R.A.I.L.) is having a food drive that is underway now through December 19th at 5:00pm. Locations include the RAIL offices in Macon at 203 E. 2nd Street, and in Kirksville at 1100 S. Jamison St.

 

Christmas Light Scavenger Hunt is set for this evening ifrom 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Trenton Elks Lodge.

 

The Livingston County Library in Chillicothe is holding their 12 days of Christmas events underway through the 16th of December with events and activities such as: a live performance of A Christmas Carol, ornament making, hot cocoa and cookies a visit from Santa, parent gift making days and more.

A Christmas Craft and Vendor Expo will be held at the Grand River Area Family YMCA in Chillicothe from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and includes a baby show at 10:00 AM, visits with Santa from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and more.

Trenton will be holding downtown Christmas events starting with a soup supper from 4:00PM to 8:00PM, Lighting of the park at 5:00PM, the parade starts at 5:05PM, followed by photos with Santa, hot cocoa and cider, a dance and more!

MONDAY 12-16-19 

 

 

The Adair County Health Department will hold a regular clinic day with children’s immunizations, blood sugar, and blood pressure checks, and fasting cholesterol screenings for Adair county residents all day at their office in Kirksville.

 

The Adair County Commission will meet today thru Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM at the courthouse in Kirksville.

 

Livingston County Health Center in Chillicothe will hold a WIC Day.

 

Macon County Health Department will hold WIC recertification by appointment only, and they will hold TB testing at their office in Macon.

 

A Veterans Service Officer will be in Moberly next to the USDA building on Co Rd 1325 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
